I bet many of you are waiting for a Monty Python skit, but no such luck. I did however come across an interesting video that shows how they made the theme to "The Good, Bad, & Ugly" The best part is about 2:47 in where the whistler loses it and just cracks up. :P Funny thing is they are all professional musicians and yet they had some really raggedy looking instruments.
