I woke up this morning with the intent to workout early and detect the beach at low tide on Tybee Island. But between messing around with the kids and waiting to see if the extra high tide would subside I got a late workout and decided to stay on land and detect while the kids and wife napped. Glad I did. It was cold and raining, but had a good day. War of 1812 Light Artillery Button and a Andrew Jackson Presidential Campaign Button (Albert's AY-42 and PC-77).

Wow, another awesome day of finds for you! Congrats, one would have been awesome but two! totally sweet and just wow!

Thanks guys. I knew that I had potential for some type of script military right when I dug the LA, but Jackson Victory looks like the standard gilt flat button.

Congrats on a very nice pair of old buttons.
