Annoying unaswered question banner.

I have marked as read and its still there on my item description. I have deleted question and its still there. I have answered the guys question and he responds thanks. Then its an unanswered question again. The only way I can get rid of it is respond to his thanks then he say welcome again and its unanswered. ANNOYING as hell.

He is referring to ebay, not Tnet.

It only appeared again because he wrote you back. You just delete the 2nd one, don't have to reply.

Go into "my ebay"

go to your Active listings

on the far right is "actions"

click the drop down and choose "mark as answered"

I wanted to save the email because he wants the item, I just don't want to ship it, pick up only. Its a very heavy vintage receiver, but if it doesn't sell I will consider shipping and contact him. To get rid of the unanswered banner I just followed Mjlalts step by step.

I had the same thing. You can delete it from your ebay inbox. Off to fix that annoying banner on mine. Thanks for the help!!!
