THE LARGE ONE SAYS LC 64 ON THE BOTTOM AND THE SMALLER ONE HAS A DIAMOND SHAPE CARVING ON THE BOTTOM. HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP. THANKS

The bullet is the projectile on the nose of the cartridge case. The assembled round is of course a cartridge. I agree on the .22 long rifle while the other is a high powered rifle cartridge of some kind. Picture is too blurry to tell by looking, but from the markings given it probably is a 7.62 NATO cartridge. Monty

Can't tell from the scale too well, but that might be a 30-06 M2 ball round from Lake City Arsenal.
