Another Day

Decided to go back and see if I missed something at the beach. The water was a little warmer today and several guys were already detecting. After awhile in the old spot of yesterday I got a low tone and it turned out to be a child's 14Kt. 1.1gr. initial ring. Nothing big but it is gold. So far it is a good month with 8 gold.

Hunting in between iron pilings that were left after the pier was torn down. Lots of rebar and cable in the area.

by the way, the ring looks quite old and maybe hand made. The detail is crisp but look rough hewn. It is probably an antique...... But of course, gold is gold so antique or not it is a super find....
