any day that i find just one clad coin(they've payed for all of my equipment)is great day!it was a "little" better today because i found a spill(16 dms./2 qtrs.)& a 14k ring w/an unknown stone in less than an hr..this is the h/s ftball field near my home where i go when i'm bored & don't want to drive somewhere.this is the 1st place i ever hunted & have gone there at least 200 times in 3 1/2 yrs..i truly believe,don't give up on a spot even if u've hunted it 200 times & u think there is nothing there left to find.i don't normally look for gold(have no patience for digging pulltabs/foil),but all 3 of my gold rings were found here along w/over 400 clads/nics.(don't count pns.)& multiple silver things.the stone on this ring is greenish in color.have diamond tester,but don't know how to id other stones.any help would be appreciated.

I don't know what the stone is, but I'd bet my last clad dollar coin that it isn't colored glass. They don't waste 14kt on the play stuff lol. Nice find!
