ANOTHER GREAT PARK HUNT 11-28-10

Went to another park after the rain we had, which softened up the soil. still haven't found an old silver at this park but on this day found 17 wheats ,a 5cents in trade token , an unuasual goetz token, 1882+1889+1892+1895+1898+1898+1905+1908 and a 1909 indian head pennies.

Ah, the matching Goetz token... Do you think the lack of silver was due to cherry pickers or due to stuff being dropped mostly by kids...

Good to see that spot is still producing some oldies. It is bound to give up a barber or seated to us if we keep hitting it instead of the couple of more recent silver coins we found there.

A big congratulations on the 1909 Indian. That is a very elusive coin to dig. I don't recall seeing one on the IL forum this year.
