Found this yesterday is some MWRs. The toning is a little unnatural, i'm hoping it wasn't cleaned by some unknowledgable collector in the past. I don't see any wear on it. Thanks for reading, MM2

Nice coin, thanks for sharing!

Awesome VDB! I haven't found one yet. I'd love to pull one of those. Great find!

Every cent that I find from the 20's and older is silky smooth. Congrats on finding the oldest Lincoln cent with some great details.

I also found a 09-vdb about 15-months ago, about same condition & toning, so I don't think it was cleaned, only out of someone's collection. Found it in a box of cents from Brinks.

:hello2: That's a beautiful coin to have in that condition. I'm sure it was a prized addition to your collection. Congrats to the max on finding it. Now you have to find the 1909 S VDB to go with it (lol).

Appreciate the comments. If memory serves me right, someone on this forum did find the 1909-S-VDB years ago. Anything's possible in this hobby.

very nice crab, MM2! That is indeed a beautiful example of a rarer coin. Your cent finds amaze me! Thanks for sharing with us :)

wait, that's not an S VDB. Why did you even bother to post then?!?! j/k. I'd love a find like that. It would without a doubt be the premier coin in my collection. Great find. Congrats!!

Nice! I've only ever found one from crh... And that was in my sleep!
