:hello: Revisited an old spot where I found some old silver in the past again today. The boy couldn't join me so I put the finds in a bag and cleaned them at home. I found:

An ATS Badge (Auxiliary Territorial Service (ATS; often pronounced as an acronym) was the women's branch of the British Army during the Second World War.) checked the hole and found the clasp also :) - in the picture you can see the badge on their hats!

Another old lead rose. A pin this time. missing two petals unfortunately. Another relic from the war of the roses 1455 I expect.

A 1921 George V penny
A 1937 George VI penny
A 1949 Belgium 5 Franc (copper-nickle)
1967 Lizzy penny, 1971 1p (first decimal issue- these are actually worth a a couple of pounds despite it being still in circulation), 1975 1/2 penny

A clip on earing (junk)

And a dog tag. former owner CEDRIC contact MR WADDLE and a phone number

I've had a lot of Cap Badges, they used to dump & burn the uniforms to help our heavy clay fields, but I've not got an ATS yet. Looks in good condition as well.

When I saw your finds, my first thought was, "these look like my finds here in Canada". :laughing7:

Congrats on the ATS Badge, that's an interesting part of WWII history.
