Another Mouthpiece - They're Haunting Me!

You aint gonna believe this, but I found this in a neighborhood back yard this morning

I just asked what these things were yesterday on my other post, then I come up with another one? At least I knew what it was this time thanks to your replies! This particular one says "Vincent Bach Corp New York".

Not to toot my own horn but I found them in 2 entirely different places - the first one I found at a schoolyard (case could have opened accidentally when the kid was carrying it and it fell out) and this one was found in someone's back yard in a different city. Too weird.
