Davers and Steve in PA - that's one more seated than me. I absolutely lust after them. I had the opportunity to buy a roll of seated dimes but declined because I WILL dig one, and then fifty, some day.
I mean, it doesn't have to be a dime. I *guess* I'd "settle for a 20 cent piece or a trade dollar.
Well being in MA is a good start.
All my CB & Seated Coins all came from the same general area. FWIW
As for 20 cent pieces or Trade Dollars ...They really are not on my Radar , I feel like i'd find the ' Holy Grail' before digging a coin of that type. BUT! You never Know .
I truly believe you will find a Seated Coin or More someday.
P.M. Me when you do , ill Vote Banner.
I cherish all the CB,Seated, coins that I have dug (no matter the Condition ) more than the ones I have Paid For.
I really never had an interest in 'Type Coins ' until I dug one.
I even like to buy 'Holed ' coins ( when the price is right).
Heck it's Jackpot day when I dig a Merc, or Silver Rosie. lol
I'm mostly a Civil War Relic Hunter , that explains a little for my lack of Coin finds. But Still after Weeks of Swingtime over the years , id think I would have swung over more old Coins .
The South was Broke & they held tight to what they had.
I avg, a Dime , or a Cent or 2 everytime I go to the Store , folk don't want to bend over for a Cent or 2.
Some/Many Americans are very wasteful.
