Another silver coin and possible horse rosette

Big lead thing has a pattern and shaped like a rosette.Center part is missing but can see impression like RR state seal they use.Not sure if that is what it is.Also modern military button,1776-1976 button with liberty bell on,thimble that says germany and 13 on it,cool key,1940 wheat cent,1945 s silver washington quarter,1937 buffalo nickel.And part of a sterling silver jewelry.Slow hot day.But got the silver!
