Another strange Question.

I been having health issues for the past 5+ months .

Got talked into going to the ER , that turned out as I thought it would .

OK I been to this ER a number of times but not in say 8-9 years .

They only asked me what I was allergic to
Not , What are you taking ? & How Much?

I find this highly strange.

Doc, sent me to a urologist ( I been meaning to do this for a month so glad I got the ball rolling.)

He wrote me Mira-lax for my clog , don't need that as I take an Opiate everyday for 22 years . & Kinda have figured that issue out.
then He asks if I want something for pain ; I said no it won't work or will make things worse .....To see what he would say .

So that was interesting but I do wonder how they can diagnose things W/O knowing if I may be having a side effect or something from long term use .

+ In the many years since I been to that ER my meds have changed a-lot.

Strange to my Unique mind.

Seems standard practice to get your current medical information ,including prescriptions. Heck , even my dentist does that regular.

I'm not comfortable with the idea of writing a prescription without knowing what is already being taken.
It's part of a pharmacists duty to avoid drug interactions with other drugs before providing a drug , but why is it not on the doctors?

It's gotten better I was in & out in 2 hrs + or - . With X rays , Blood & Urine taken.

Years ago they would make me wait on purpose .

No "Safe at home ? " but I did forget They did ask me if I want to hurt myself or others & have I been drinking?

Yea 22 years , i don't abuse but will admit i'm dependent . 'Again ' They never even asked . ' lol

I thought so , guessing they are connected but with 'HIPPA' I don't think so . & I really don't think they are going by 9 year old records .

Seeing everybody's finds is cool but hard at the same time but there are many more people who are WAY! worse off than me , "I'm actually blessed by God".

Unless you are actively bleeding or unconscious I would recommend going to a different general practitioner before the ER. Cheaper and they take more time to treat the cause rather than just triage you out of the way for emergency cases.

Sounds like you're 22 years due for a second-opinion anyway if you have been on opiates that long without correcting the cause.

I expected such a judge-mental reply or 2 but your strait forward approach seems un-cool. BUT ! I really don't care about yr opinion (if I did I would have been a liar and not mention the opiates ) daaaa. + I do without donuts but love my Coke cola .
I actually lost 10 lbs (down to 199 lbs ).

Oh and tinpan You are the ignorant one here , I know what self destruction is .

My PC is the same way , hence I avoided him for the last year ( I'm SSIDA ) How bout that tinpan ?
I avg 7 min with my PC , but he would have asked more questions .

At-least you kinda asked why I been taking opiates (Legal ones ) for so long . It's a long story , ill explain if you like .

Prescriptions on their own Don't bother me.

Prescriptions here for Opiates, I'd take them like Candy, If they would Hand me a free Bottle,
Or call the Prescription in.

First off NO I AM NOT ADDICTED !


My issue is Big Brother !

First off, I Go to my Dr. She Made me sign a Paper saying I Won't Sell Them, I won't take any other opiates
with them, I won't Go to another Dr. For Extras on the Side, If I'm caught doing any of these , She will
Disown me as a Patient.

Secondly, Urine Test, It comes back Positive for Meth .
3 Times, While I Drink water & Try again . 3 Times !
So they have to Send the sample away.

week later, Get a Call (False Positive} NO KIDDING !!

the Prescription Cannot be called in, Must run by the Office for Paper Trail.

Take Script to Pharmacy.

Have to Show Drivers License to get it Filled.

2 Weeks Later , Random Urine Test .

30 Days later Asks if I Want more.

Nope ! Not Worth all the Crap ! Keep 'Em !

Hey Davey, I am with you,......

Until the internet,.... I thought I had a hard time of it, hard life, bad breaks,......

Then, I started meeting people,.... woman says she's had 4 back surgeries,
claims she's worse off then when she was first injured,.......
Another in a wheelchair, fell down a flight of stairs, that was 15 years ago,......
A guy who fell off a ladder working on his roof,..... in so much pain his family
took the guns out of the house, been like that for years.

Blind, crippled, fouled up surgeries, badly burnt in a house fire,.......

yeah me ! i'm a zombie. an opiate every day for 22 years. surely u have a good luck charm ? have u heard of all the class action lawsuits for opiates. i would surely appreciate being out of pain. but if i take opiates that will be my death warrant. and at least i can still dream of metal detecting. so i need everybody praying for me. a zombie. i'm not a bad zombie. so i keep hopin. as i dont have any luck. i have no idea what it feels like to be loved by anybody. God hates me and i'm cursed ? i ask people to ask God why he hates me ? still no answer ? DOH ! DOH ! and DOH ! again. but at least i'm still able to find my way here. oh well i persevere. and by the way. lets reiterate i hate doctors and lawyers

yeah ! an after thought ? after all the anti depressants that i took ? and look how messed up i am now. i thought i should have just got a gumball machine and threw em all in ? and see which pretty one comes out. boy would that mess with the doctor huh ?
