Antique 18K Pendant - Stones - What can be the value?

This is a Italian Pendant - 18K - There is a mark on the pendant I can't see what it says, not even with my magnifying glass 15x.

May be 60-70 years old. But I'm not sure.

How do I know if the stones have any value or if they are just glass.

There is any collection value or extra value on this piece? or just the gold weight. The pendant alone is 10Grs

Since the setting is 18K and the stones are in open-back, I would take it to a jeweler and have it checked. Simply beautiful!
