Antique blob top H&J Pfaff bottle

Just got this at a yard sale for a buck. Thought it was a cool piece, and plus it was a blob top with its stopper. However i got back home, and looked it over and there was a chip on the top! It was also full of this foul dark substance, with a rubbery lump floating in the liquid. The lump actually looked like a blob of scramble eggs that was regurgitated, left out for years then dunked in 100 year old beer.
Well, it will look nice displayed...

Extra points if you drink the dark substance! Or eat the lumpy egg thing. But nice find. And easier than digging it out of the ground.
