My MIL pram from when she was born in 1942 but must be older. Original pillow and canopy included. Trying to see how much this could sell for. Could not find any identifying details/brands on it. Thanks!!

Probably look at realized sale prices, and what is for sale online.
Lots of examples ranging from $50-200.
