Antique/Thirft Store find 1

Hello all, new here so bear with me on any mistakes i may make. Found this vase or cup, this past weekend at one of my favorite Antique/Thirft Stores. Can not locate any marks on this piece. Vase or cup measures 4in. across and 5in. in height. Thank you for your help.
