Maybe include how big this tray is actually, and a photo of the backside also.
What the frame is made of brass, plaster, wood.

I suspect the frame may be brass which was painted gold colored later. I be it is 1979-1989. You might get $20.00 or a little more for it. Have you eBay priced it against others selling the same sort of thing? That will help you get an idea of what people are willing to pay.

Judging from the key in the photo I would guess that it is about 16 to 18 inches long ?
