Any of you get this before you go to a house or yard sales or in a state sale? Sometimes I can't even sleep at night because of all the anxiety I have. Last night was a good example of that. A realtor who I work with on occasions called and she had somebody move and they left everything in the house. She said that she got choice on anything that was in there so now I'm headed to look at a coin collection and jewelry as well. I asked her what was in there and she said she didn't know but there was a lot of stuff that was before 1964... This gives me anxiety to the fact that I'm feeling like I'm going to be sick! What is wrong with me!!!!!

Anticipatory anxiety is perfectly normal. Like Pavlov's dogs salivating at the sound of the bell.

There's a cure for that. Like operant conditioning and Skinner's pigeons ...

I would defineatly have anxiety also, be sure and take a lot of money! Good luck!

She had a gold necklace it was 108 g in probably 24 inches long! 14k yellow gold. I have never seen anything like it and I tried to buy it but she was not interested at the moment. Scrap was $2230 roughly! And I'm going out of town for Christmas to Orlando and I cannot fork out that kind of money right now. But she said she would hang onto it and give me a call after the holidays but it was a monster!

Now onto the good stuff which I can't do a whole lot of because I'm still driving but I think I got a good deal on this one!

Her father bought it who knows when for $200. I paid her the same for it I think I can probably double at least hopefully. I have roughly 5 sets of foreign coin's. I don't know what they're worth and 14 g 14 karat gold bracelet. Also 10 silver dollars and 2- 1 ounce coins. I paid $15 apiece for. Not screaming deals but most of the stuff I'm going to keep anyways so not a big deal.

And then a handful of other silver coins some US some foreign some Nazi Germany ones. I spent $600 total

. I'm going back to her house after Christmas and putting up two ceiling fans and three lights. And fixing her lights outside for $20 an hour. And she said she's going to dig through her safe while I'm gone and pick out the rest because she has a lot more jewelry she does not wear. She said she sells on etsy but she scared to death to sell real jewelry and she trust me so she will call back!

Her husband collected military stuff as well. And he divorced her and she got everything in the house so I think I will be doing business with her for a long time to come. Not to mention posting half the stuff I find on here because I've no idea what it is!

I will add more pictures later when I get home but currently I'm in the drug capital of Southwest Florida.... North Fort Myers and I have to go eat lunch!

Alright since I have some downtime I just got a phone call to go to another house at 4:30... But this is what I got at the house.

These are the foreign coin sets that I bought don't know why probably because I can't read them so I thought they were cool...

I did stop at a yard sale right after this because no one ever has a yard sale on Thursday so I thought I would go and I was the only person there which was nice. I bought this huge brass elephant statue thing but I guess I left it there by accident because I was talking to the owner. So there's eight dollars gone...

The rest was jewelry Jade with silver clasp. A Silpada necklace and a sterling opal necklace. Along with two elephant bracelets for $10 total.

When I make plans to hit a good auction I rarely sleep well-if at all. Mind goes into overdrive.

Then do you have the 3pm crash? The anxiety wears off. You want no one else around you whatsoever it's time to take a nap!??! Lol. That's how I get!

Mines usually later... 5-7 pm.... Just enough to ruin another nights sleep lol
