Need help with Chinese silver mark

I think this is a Hong Kong mark and might be coin (I.e., 90%) silver, but could someone confirm? I have also included pictures of the bowl. Can anybody tell me something about this?

Nice Chinese export bowl, probably early 20th century. Although this one claims to be 19th century with possibly the same marks- 19C Chinese Silver Bowl Bamboo Bird Marked (item #1129776)
