✅ SOLVED Any body seen one of these? Token?

Was wondering if anyone knew what this is. It appears to be made of copper. One side has an eagle and says "take me for luck" the other side has some sort of cloud face and says "ain't it hell to be poor". Any information would be much appreciated.

novelty good luck token. there are several versions of this token, some with merchant advertising on one side. I'm not sure, but I believe these date to late 1930's to late 1940's
