Any cracker jack experts out there?

I found this at a dump with finds ranging mostly from the 40s-60s a few months ago, and just got around to posting it. It reads "The C.J. Co." Its definately plastic and from my research the C.J. C.o would be the
cracker jack company. I think its probably a prize from the box back then, but I still dont know what it actually is. Sorry it still looks so dirty in the pics, I haven't had time to clean it yet lol
