The true identity really hinges on whether there is a makers mark, but I will open it up for others to chime in......really though, a nice looking hinge you got there, no puns there.

Eastlake design hardware, popular from roughly 1870–1900, is a Victorian-era style characterized by geometric shapes, incised lines, and stylized nature motifs.

That is a very ornate hinge, so it has to be old. They don't make them like that anymore.

Thanks for the replies. It’s just a farm field that did have a house located on an 1877 map. Going back this week for few more swings .
