Other than saying it's old, going by the honing on the blade it was carried a l-o-n-g time.

I really don't think it is Civil War, first no wood on handles, next it has fourth attachment and last handles on fork and spoon long, I think around WWI. I could be way off. Nice find anyway.

The first thing I would have to ask is, what kind of markings are on it? They have to be there (unless it is home made)
My initial thought was WW1 But whats on it? Next question is, Where did you find it?
