I would say a 357 or 38 wadecutter.Modern bullet but that is my guess

Ivan found some like it onetime ,you may want to ask him what they are....I have some kinda like it but can not find them... He posted the pictures on tnet ,should be in his old post....

That's a cast bullet of the "Keith" style, semi-wadcutter. Most commonly used by handloaders. Monty
