Any help with artwork

Can anyone help with info on this piece........or any opinions if they think it could be done by artist Richard Walker..........I did find a print exactly the same done by that artist.......this isn't a print

It isn't signed.......anyone one that could help by looking at the piece seeing if it could be done by the artist or if it rather seems like a amateur work other than his.........also any art prices of his artwork.......I can only find prints........I emailed a gallery also
