I can’t reliably read the signature on yours, but this is amateur work and not an original creation (nor a very good copy). The original was by the Dutch artist Henriëtte Ronner-Knip (1821-1909), best known for her Romanticist depictions of animals. The work was titled ‘Chimney’ and you can see it here:

Looks like it may well be ‘R. Mario’ but although the Etsy listing from @Jose The Goon refers to a ‘listed artist’, this has all the hallmarks of a studio pseudonym for work churned out as commercial wall art. There are numerous paintings with slight stylistic variations of the same signature covering such a wide variety of styles that it’s difficult (nay, impossible) to believe they were all painted by the same hand, as is often the case for these kinds of pictures. They all seem to be 20th Century copies of earlier works.

There’s another here, signed ‘R. Mario’, which is a copy of a work by the Belgian artist Jacques Carabain. (1834-1933) titled “A View Of A Dutch Village On The Waterfront.”

Jose The Goon, Gene Mean and Red-Coat sure did not take you long to nail this and get the artists name. I am surprised to see that this is a copy but it is good to know exactly what it is.
