I'm not to sure it is a coin.
I think it is a token and a cool one at that.
Looks UK to me.
But what do I know....

I'm with HD... not sure it's a coin. No numbers or words on it. That eagle and little town looks kind of central European to me.

10 Deutsche Mark commerative coin "2000 Jahre Bonn" (2000th anniversity of the City of Bonn) 1989.

BUT: This was a commerative silver coin and while it was/is legal tender it was never intended for circulation. Yours loks like 40 years circulated. The coin was sterling and yours looks like brass lookning through.

Are you having a replica/fake of some kind?
