Its the British Royal Rifles Bugle.

Thanks guys Ive also found a few flat buttons and buckles. I tried again this afternoon I found a few coins mainly half penny's, the only one which the date was readable was 1862. As well as coins I also found around 15 musket balls.

I think I see where the pin for the badge broke off the reverse. I think its circa WWI.
