Anybody have any insight into what this thing is? It’s super thin bodied pottery. I can’t make out the signature on the base.

Any holes in those markings by the eyes and ears? If so, I would say it's definitely an incense burner. Really can't think of anything else it could be. Smell it.

Burning Cigar or pipe stand... to contain the smoke.
Incense burner would have an open top.

I just checked. No holes sadly. Doesn’t really smell of anything. I’m thinking maybe just a figural doo dad. I think i’ll list it online and see what happens.
