Many Eastern cultures put "door blessings" similar in thought to Jewish Mezuzahs.
Obviously looks to be Chinese/Japanese, but I am no help in that area. Might want to have the Hanzi/Kanji translated to solve this one.

龍的傳人 龙的传人 long de chuan ren. It means the descendants of the dragon (The Chinese nation). From the size it looks like it is off a keychain. Hope this helps
