Any Info On This Token

Hi All, I was wondering how old this token is, from what I can read the one side says Union Flour and the other side from what I can read says D L Wing & Co.
(I think that is what it says) and it says from Albany, Ny. Thanks for looking and any help.

i have seem that one a few times in the past. so i know it is not rare at least.
condition is huge in civil war tokens, store cards, hard times tokens and others. merchant tokens, trade tokens not as much but growing interest in condition it seems lately.
