My kids found all 3 of these arrowheads over the weekend. We live near the Blanchard River in Northwest, OH. I know there were tribes around this area. Any info on these particular arrowheads? Thanks! 12718351_10207712124094422_357641808696617330_n.webp12742239_10207712124054421_5362999029701599170_n.webp12742394_10207712123974419_2559604645543695262_n.webp12742711_10207712124014420_6559877940625093683_n.webp12745561_10207712124134423_7755233915255466151_n.webp

Is there a size reference? little out of my area. Looks like your kids did great!

The kid did great!!

The big one looks like a Thebes.

Those are three nice points but I can't help you about Ohio points.

That was my thoughts. The other looks like a Kramer a little out of the area but not by much and the last little bifurcate Fox Valley?
I am sure the Grimm Reaper will know.

You DEF need to go back and hunt that area HARD!!!!! The THEBES is KILLER!!!! Where they creek finds or field?

Nice finds...kudos to the kids.....

Bruce, you are very close. That it is a Thebes, but doesn't look to be an actual E-Notch type. The Bifurcate is more than likely a LeCroy and not a McCorkle. McCorkles are bigger. The other piece is a Woodland type but not a true Snyders.

That point on the far left is outstanding. Congrats to the "youngins"

They are field finds. They found another one a day after I posted these. I'll get some measurements and post...

This is exactly what I was going to say too...bingo

Nice finds for sure. The Thebes has been resharpened with nice bevels. Keep looking and posting.

Wow! Your children did real good on finding those. Can I go hunting with y'all?:laughing7:

Very nice. congratulations.

It's probably just me, but the "Thebes" looks unusual to me.

Thanks for output I appreciate your knowledge I will make corrections your are right. 12-A-446 (823).webpCould this be McCorkle?

Your kids are finding more than artifacts, memories of a good day.

These are MacCorkles. They are usually a large Bifurcate type and with larger ears.
