Could be a candle snuffer.
 

Might be a bell placed on the tip of a fishing rod (usually for night fshing) to alert the fisherman when a fish bites. :dontknow: cool find!

Looks like aisian ceramonial bell- we hang as prayer bells under our harley- i have two on my key chain- this one looks old
 

Looks like a choke pull or other control from a boat or automobile.
