Any toy people ? Tow truck opinions please

Picked this up today for .59 pretty sure it is vintage. Has the right feel and a bit of age but paint is in really good shape no broken bits no marks I can see. Approximately 6-7" Any thoughts on age maker value? I really like it so it is likely going on my shelf. Thanks Chris

Found one on Etsy just like it, but other than suggesting it may be Hubley, not really much help.

59 cents?!?! That is a STEAL! Like GibH said, it probably is a Hubley toy, however, it's from the 50's to 60's era.
It's nice how it still has the original tow hook, as those usually break off.
I would guess it could sell between $10-15 .
