Any way to ID this heavy object?

I dug this object with my Fisher F75. It reads all over the place. Every once in a while it gives an iron grunt, but mainly reads around the tab range.

Not sure what this is. It's quite heavy. I was able to get a good bit of rust off of it, but there's still some on there.

Not sure if this is something unique or just a piece of nothing haha.

EDIT: If it helps, I found this at what used to be an old WW2 camp site. Don't know if it's related or not.

Hmm not able to really tell but I see a triangular point and you said possible military so how about tent spike.
