Anybody have any idea how to contact Michael Kenworthy?

I'm sure this has been asked a time or two...but by doing an internet search the phone number in the book is being currently used by a sign company so i assume the Quest Exploration Corp. is now defunct. I'd really like to figure out how to contact him. Any leads such as ssn#...middle name...last know state of resifence...etc. will help. Can anyone help?

True...about 10 years back i think is what his son told me.
Already found out how to get in touch with him....
