Anybody here know WW1 or earlier British Empire / New Zealand/ Egypt Medals?

I'm going through my Egypt lot. I have about a dozen pieces that I need help ID'ing. Only worth the effort of photographing and listing if somebody might actually know this area. I put up an Egyptian coin and nobody responded to that but I know there are a lot of military & history buffs here.

Researchers don't need to initially know about an area of knowledge, they can start with just the desire to learn and share. Why not start with that coin and one other object and see what happens?
