-copper
-a shy 3/4 inch in diameter
-rim smooth with no signs of broken off attachment
-image is pressed -- back is just an indention of the image on front
-no signs of attachments on back
-no identifying letters or marks
-found Southeast Florida near Okeechobee Battlefield Park, which is where a war was fought between the Seminoles and the US forces just prior to the Civil War.
