for a re-hearing. I am not an attorney, but I am guessing that all avenues must be exhausted before a request to the US Supreme Court can be made

Has anybody tried the White House petition move? I have an active placer claim here in Colorado. I don't really have time to fight for California, but I do have time to sign a petition!
