Anybody recognize this thing ?

I’ve seen it before but I just can’t place what it is. I found it today at a scrapyard I’m working at. It’s about 6 inches tall and appears to be nickel plated, no name that I can find. SOLVED

Need more info. I assume the right part screws on to the left part. What is in the big part? looks like it could be an air pump for a bicycle or an oil transfer pump. What is the end of the spout like?

I don't know if it' the same on a phone app, but, on my computer screen, the tools are just above where you wrote your message. There's a light brown strip where the date, thread starter, and banner links are, and above that is a dark brown strip with the thread tools (and other links) are.

Don't know if you tried, but turn your phone on it's side and it may show

Got an iPad mini. The only thing at the top of my screen is 3 little dots, when I tap them I get Reply, share, refresh, unsubscribe, and web view.
