A King George III six pence or shilling. Below is a shilling:

Something for scale would help determine what denomination.

Yes, it's a George III sixpence or shilling depending on size (19mm vs 24mm). The style of George's bust is that used after the "Great Recoinage of 1816", so it will be between 1816-1820.
