Anyone Experience Nokta The Legend Not Taking a Charge?

This thing is less than a year old and it refuses to charge up. It was only charging 1/2 way, but now just won't take a charge at all.
Anyone else dealt with this?

Had a triple score act the same. sent in to Ryan McCarty for service and replaced battery and works fine now. He was quick and even called to confirm what it was doing when trying to charge. Good service from nokta

Thanks... I sent my detector to him 3 days ago. Nice guy, talked to him on the phone for a bit. Should have it back in a few days.
