Anyone familiar with Catlett, Va?

[Ole # 7]

I have 35 acres of private land open to me to hunt in Catlett, Virginia. I looked at a map and its just a few miles from Manassas and Bull Run. I was just wondering if anyone out there is familiar with the area?
