Ok I am at a loss on colonial items in Tennessee. It seems we were just not that settled at that time. Does anyone else have any luck? Any tips you can share. Thanks.

I found a large flower flat penny button in Franklin. It is my profile picture

the great south west

They have this fort all fixed up now but when I lived there , it was a grove of large trees and UT was beginning to do an archeology dig there. I was up there one day and they were finding buffalo bones , that appeared to have been a meal. I was hunting a ford on the tennessee river and just a short distance away from the fort where I found a cannon ball in a creek. It was a 4 pounder.

Well Chattanooga is not much more than Civil war relics and arrowheads. Plus because of flooding and TVA much history is very deep.
