If anyone would be interested in dowsing this map for me I would be very, very appreciative. I am looking specifically for relics and coins, but there could easily be native Indian artifacts in this area as well. Thanks so much in advance to any and all who would take the time to look at it for me.
Red circles for loose coins or artifacts of value, from surface down to 1-2 feet deep. Green for archaeological type of hits, including non-metallic targets such as Native American flints.
Red Desert, that was fast! I can't thank you enough for doing this for me. I'll be sure and let you know what I find; can't hunt the area until fall. Thank you again.
Red_desert, you were very helpful with the previous poster. Any chance you would take a look at this map for me. This is an area known for gold and gems.
Thanks
Maybe look at this too? Sorry if its too much to ask. In the same area maybe 7-10 miles from the previous pic. I have found gold in this creek, and believe that I could be very close to a vein, based on how sharp edged some of my gold has been. Very dense area, hard to traverse some areas and very tough to see the area as a whole, even from a vantage point. Thanks so much.
Dan
I posted it in the other thread, you posted it there too. I started checking, was getting in the top left section. Really short of time lately, might go back over it more later.
Thank you so much Red_desert. I will be out to look at this area again this sat. Here's another area I have been in and I know some placer gold has been found in one of these seasonal creeks. Could you take a look at this also, when you get a chance? Thank you kindly,
Dan
Hey Dan.....there is placer gold in the entire stream (yellow)...The red shows where the better gold is..The only way I know to find the biggest pay streak is to dredge a lot of test holes..Heck .. the biggest pay streak may ever be on land...The only time that gold moves is when the water is at flood stage..At that stage the only way you can tell where the water was running is with a vist....Bends may not be there and fast water areas maybe some place else....Art
