Anyone know anything about this copper miner spoon?

This cool and interesting spoon crossed my path, but I've been unable to find anything out about it.

It features miners picking away underground in the bowl part of the spoon with a miner above on the handle hauling buckets up and down. The back of the handle is decorated with a pick, shovel, and some other tool (sword?) all tied together with a rope.

The spoon measures just shy of 6" long and is marked only "COPYRIGHTED" in an oval on the back.

There are some nice spoons on those links, thanks! I didn't see mine, but there was one on the second link that showed a very similar scene on a sterling spoon. It didn't give a lot of info about that spoon, however. I'll keep looking. ;D
