Anyone know how old this horseshoe might be? Bits and bobs from July 26th.

it's not all reales and coppers. My last hunt two days ago lasted two hours.
I pitched the can slaw and photographed these 4 items. I've never dug a horseshoe this thin or with white patina on it. It looks pretty old to me
like 1800's but no idea. Brass shotgun shell. Copper wire. And some odd object that I've seen on other old properties.

I was getting some false signals with dry holes dug. Not sure if it's the heat, hot rocks, or sensitivity too high. Frustrating but I'm still fairly new to Nox 800.
There is a lot of white quartz (small stones in some areas of fields). Maybe gold in quartz - ha! L

IMO... your shoe is not an old one but a more modern one.

We had aluminum shoes on our horses , with steel cleats.

ok thanks all!
