Can anyone help with what character this is or help date it. It has some numbers on the inside a stamp and what looks like a signature. It is gigantic

It's a giant troll mask for halloween (or whatever). Yours appears to not be old. Vintage ones can fetch a couple of hundred dollars since they weren't cheap to begin with.

Great ID on the mask Red-Coat, although this might be a mask from a movie character.

It also has some crusty areas that make me think not to new
