I had a decent night at the park a couple of nights ago (found a couple of cars and a Sacajawea dollar among the other items), and wondered if anyone could ID this item for me? It says BSA on it, so maybe Boy Scouts something?
Also, I dug this chunk of rusted iron out of a Century church yard. Any ideas what it is too?

The iron item looks like it might be a piece of the rim on a large syrup kettle. Not sure about the BSA part but there was a BSA motorcycle.

Kinda looks like a shim where each piece gets a little smaller?

Boy scout groups often do pinewood derbies. What you have is a weight made to be attached to the bottom of pinewood derby car.

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Good ID. That's exactly what it is.
